OH MY GOSH!!
He got the job!!!!! Out of over 300 resumes and 8 interviews they chose David. He is now Project Manager at a major Food Service Company. It is so perfect. They set up the kitchens for restaurants. They have 4 major accounts with the main one being McDonalds. Hmm I wonder if I can get a discount on my iced coffee. Anyways, thanks to everyone who was praying for us, thinking of us and those of you who gave David some guidance. We really do appreciate everything. I don't know what he is going to think of having a 8-5 Mon-Fri job after the years of working in the restaurants. It's wonderful! Yay! Goodnight!
Baseball Night in the Boro!!!
YAY Noah! Just wanted to brag on Noah a little. His team played an awesome game last night and beat the Astro's 19-7. Noah made a hit each time up to bat. He is the first baseman and did such a good job stopping the ball. Last week he even got the game ball (see picture below.) His schedule is listed here if anyone would like to come to a game. Go Tigers!

Here we go...
So for those of you I haven't seen in awhile I will give you an update on our family.
The major players of our family:
David- Dad, Hubby, "MacGyver"
Anna- Wife, Mama, Step-Mama, "Finder"
Noah- (8) Sweet boy who loves playing baseball, outside with neighborhood gang and of course with his biggest fan, Lily
Lily- (2) Adorable toddler who keeps us on our toes!
We live in Murfreesboro Tennessee a town about 30 minutes South of Nashville. We live in a nice neighborhood with the best neighbors. Watch out for us on warm nights; we tend to hang out in the middle of the street and chit-chat. We will deal with our shrinking house because we don't want to leave our 'hood.
I work part-time as a Realtor for a local builder. David at the moment is between jobs. Scary? No, not so much. We are hoping that this is the time for a major career change. He has been in the restaurant business for um forever and well it is time for something new. We are actually really excited about the new opportunity for him to have a regular schedule. He had a great interview Wednesday . So we will keep you posted.

Let's see what else... we love having friends over, grilling out, baseball (Noah's games and catch in the backyard), watching American Idol (the house favorite is Jason Castro!), board games, video games (the boys), hanging out in the yard, Mexican food and basically anything that sounds like fun.
Enjoy the Blog and please come back often! Let me know what you think as long as you are not correcting my grammar. hee-hee.
thanks!
